Frequently Asked Questions

Can one person install these panels alone?

Yes, the lightweight design of these panels makes it very easy for a single person to handle, cut, and install them without needing professional assistance or an extra set of hands.

How soon can I use the room after installation?

Because this system requires no grout or messy mortar, there is no extensive drying time. You can begin using and enjoying your newly updated space immediately after the panels are secured to the wall.

What if I make a mistake or need to adjust a panel during installation?

Standard construction adhesive provides a brief window of workability. If a panel is slightly out of alignment when you place it on the wall, you can quickly slide and adjust it into the perfect position before the glue begins to fully cure.

Are these panels suitable for renters or temporary setups?

Construction glue is designed for a strong, permanent hold. However, if you are a renter or need a temporary setup, you can mount the panels to a backing board, such as plywood, which is then screwed into the wall studs. This method minimizes wall damage and makes future removal much easier.
