DIY Installation Guide
Transforming your space is a beginner-friendly DIY system that requires no special tools, no demolition, and no grout or messy materials. Installation typically takes just 2 to 3 hours per wall. Please note that these panels use construction glue for a secure hold and are not peel-and-stick. To maximize the adhesive application and ensure a strong bond, you should only apply the construction glue to the raised parts on the back of the panel.

The lightweight panels are extremely easy to handle and transport, making your design projects easy to carry out in a very short time. There is no need for filling nail-holes, chips, cracks, smoothing the surface, or sealing with a primer. Simply use the panels to create the right atmosphere using only the adhesive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this installation be completed by one person?

Yes, the panels are extremely lightweight and designed for a simple, one-person installation process. You will not need a whole crew to transform your room.

How quickly can the space be used after installation?

Since there is no grout or extensive demolition involved, you can use the space immediately after the panels are securely glued to the wall.

What happens if I make a mistake or need to adjust a panel during installation?

Construction glue allows for a brief window of time where you can slide and adjust the panel into its perfect interlocking position before the adhesive fully sets.

Are these panels suitable for renters, condos, or temporary installations?

While construction glue provides a permanent and secure hold, renters should check with their landlords before applying adhesive directly to the drywall. For temporary setups, some users mount the panels to a large backing board that is then secured to the wall, minimizing drywall damage.
