These panels use construction glue for a secure hold rather than a peel-and-stick backing. To maximize the adhesive application and ensure the best results, you should only apply the construction glue to the raised parts on the back of the panel. There is no need for filling nail-holes, chips, cracks, smoothing the surface, or sealing with a primer before applying the panels over your existing wall. The lightweight nature of the panels makes them extremely easy to handle and transport, allowing your design projects to be carried out in a very short time.
