DIY Installation Guide
Achieve a professional look without the hassle. This beginner-friendly DIY system requires no demolition, no grout, no messy materials, and no special tools. A typical installation takes only 2 to 3 hours per wall, making it a perfect weekend project.

These panels utilize construction glue for a secure, permanent hold and are not peel-and-stick. To maximize the adhesive application and ensure a flush fit, apply the construction glue only to the raised parts on the back of the panel. Once applied, simply press the panel onto your wall surface. There is no need for filling nail holes, chips, cracks, smoothing the surface, or sealing with a primer beforehand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this installation be completed by one person?

Yes, the panels are extremely lightweight and easy to handle, making it entirely possible for a single person to complete the installation without any heavy lifting or extra hands.

How quickly can the space be used after installation?

Since there is no grout or messy mortar involved, your space is ready to use immediately after the panels are put up. The construction adhesive will cure behind the panels without disrupting your room.

What happens if I make a mistake or need to adjust a panel during installation?

Construction glue allows for a brief window of workability. If you place a panel slightly off-center, you can gently slide or adjust it into the perfect interlocking position before the adhesive fully sets.

Are these panels suitable for renters, condos, or temporary installations?

While the construction adhesive provides a strong, permanent bond ideal for long-term use, renters or those in temporary spaces can mount the panels onto a large backing board, such as plywood, first. That board can then be secured to the wall with a few screws, minimizing wall damage when it is time to move.
