Shipping Policy for Orders within the Continental US and Canada
Orders placed within the continental US and Canada are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment. If such delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone, and additional transit time may be required. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the Goods and their quantity. The standard delivery time is typically 3-5 business days; however, delays may occasionally occur.
Retail Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping, some conditions apply.
Exception: long panels (2.7m) with shipping rate quoted on per order basis.
Shipping Policy for Orders from the UK, EU, and Australia
Only peel-and-stick wallpaper and wallpaper borders are available for shipment outside the continental US and Canada. For bulk Orders of other Goods, please contact us directly. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. Similar to other regions, high order volumes may result in delays, and you will be informed if your shipment is significantly delayed. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the Goods and their quantity. The standard delivery time for international shipments is 10-15 business days, though delays may occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your Order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing tracking details. Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dundee Deco is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your Order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Dundee Deco is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your Order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged items to facilitate the claims process.
